Kawasaki ZX9R 1999
First, your approachability encouraged me to engage with you. Your quiet confidence and calmness gave me the impression you knew what you were doing and that I could trust you. The fact that you asked me what I thought was wrong with the handling told me how you were going to approach the bike. The way you explained things calmly, quietly and patiently to me also inspired confidence. It was in large part your demeanour that made the sale.
The way you did the work, methodically, calmly, and with your partner told me you knew what you were doing. You showed no doubts but also no over-confidence and there was a distinct lack of bull-shit about you, something common in people selling services/goods.
The result was a tauter bike, more comfortable to ride, at a better angle, and with better handling. I'd thoroughly recommend your services. For £30, to know my bike is set up the best it can be, tailored to my weight and riding preferences, leaving no doubts on my part, is well worth the cost. It's money well-spent and well-invested.
